I have been attending Reiki sessions with Kim for a number of weeks now. She has been a great help to me recovering from some health issues.
A lot of learning and empathy has gone into her ability to help both mentally and physically. I really look forward to each session and feel the benefits for days afterwards.
Her advice on how to look differently and reassess work and life issues is another of her skills.

Kim is a great yogini! After a long time of wanting to learn yoga, i finally found a class and bit the bullet. Nervous as i was, because i was out of my comfort zone, Kim was great at putting the class at ease. She explains the poses well and the benefits of doing them. Some members of my class had physical ailments and Kim was great at offering advice on how to alter a pose to prevent discomfort or pain.
I have learnt a lot about myself from the yoga class and thanks to the support of Kim, i feel confident to begin at home. I will be back again to continue building on what i have learnt as the class atmosphere is great but also intimate.
One last note... her playlists for class are a great mix... very mood applicable! 😊
