One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I moved into a dirty apartment with no furniture although I was supposed to have a furnished apartment. The estate agent who was in charge for me did not care at all and never apologized for the bad state of the apartment. Apparently, it is normal not to have closing doors or a working shower. My requests were ignored and he is now trying to keep my deposit.
My advice: Stay away from that much unprofessionalism!

This agent is on a prime site on the ormeau road and was a good agent but sadly in my opinion no longer, some key staff have moved on and things have gone off the boil. last time I was in for a chat I found a change in attitude.Before I inquired about the state of play I asked if I could have a photocopy done as my copier was out of ink. To my surprise the answer came back that will be 10p,In that instant I decided you dont get anymore of my business ever,silly girl....I left the building wondering how this agent made any money with that attitude...I actually said are you serious??? That remark cost them a sale and a buy,I thought so much for service and a smile...I went next door and asked for a copy and was asked how many? What a change of attitude,not good Hampton bad attitude gets less business....

From my personal experience
I received a good service before I signed and paid the deposit/fees. After I paid the service become unbearably slow. After being ignored for a few weeks I managed to get their attention back by sending them a letter that warned about my plans to cancel all the agreements if my issues were not addressed within the next two bussiness days. After we were through the deal they finally started to show their excellence and professionalism in screening and ignoring all the phone calls and emails.
To summarise I would do my best to avoid doing any business with them in the future.
