The sink in our room was blocked from the moment we checked in. We called down to the front desk to alert them and was told there was nothing they could do until after 8am the following morning and we could brush our teeth in the public washroom downstairs. We actually had to do this twice as it was not fixed before we checked out and we were too weary from traveling from to get up and find another hotel after 10pm. Unacceptable sevice and no discount given for our troubles either!!!

Amazing rooms 5 star plus. Clean. Modern. Restaurant. Bar . Best Breakfast (included with room) in the UK.
Affordable and great service,.; Place to stay when visiting Belfast. Hotel behind At. Anne's Cathedral. A walk to all must see sights. Front desk very helpful, and friendly.

Hotel was generally clean and in a good location. However, I would not stay here again for several reasons. There are similarly priced hotels in better locations. This hotel does not have parking. The shower was just a curtain around a drain on the bathroom floor, it made showering uncomfortable. Lastly, the tv remote did not work. Stay elsewhere.

This is a VERY basic hotel for a very expensive price and the staff don't seem to care and think everything is wonderful. The cost for a 3 night stay was £395! And this did NOT include breakfast. Breakfast was £9.95 for a cooked breakfast with no cheaper alternative thats right if you just want a bacon sandwich it will cost you a tenner and you will have to construct it yourself. Everything has to be paid for in advance so I paid £395 as soon as I set foot in the place then a separate fee for the breakfast. Each morning I was quizzed by the restaurant staff asking if I had paid because my payment had not been added to the dining list. I was unable to charge any drinks to my room because the staff said that this wasn't allowed. The bar looks impressive but is sparsely stocked with some spirits locked away. There is no parking only a pay and display opposite which is really inconvenient due having to top up your ticket. The furniture is very basic and also tired. The sink in the room is a stainless steel prison type and there is no carpet on the floor just cheap laminate flooring. My advice is don't stay there you will be ripped off.

Really nice hotel with spacious rooms. Downside was my room faced a parking garage and someone's car alarm was on for over an hour before security figured out who it belonged to and informed them. Hotel is not in a super nice area, but at least it was within walking distance of the city center and sight-seeing options. They also offer advance purchase and hotel pick up for tours with Allen Tours. Food in the restaurant was edible, but nothing spectacular.
