Ordered through Just Eat for the first time in this restaurant and my order was then rejected for no reason. I tried to call the restaurant and when I told them my order was rejected asking why, they hung up. I tried to call back with no answer. To check if this was deliberate, I tried to call in 2 minutes later, they picked up, and hung up when they realized it was me.

My boyfriend and I wanted to celebrate our one year anniversary but original plans went to pot so we thought we would order a Chinese through Hungry House instead. Ordered at 7:45, ETA at 8:50. When this changes to 9:13pm, despite already being hangry I accepted this and took that perhaps it would be worth the wait. At 9:40 I called up hungryhouse because I couldn't get hold of them (no number online) and there was no news of our order, when looking into the issue Liz from hungryhouse explained that she had tried to call them but they had hung up on her. When she called again they said they hadn't received the order and were busy and hung up again. Hungryhouse sent the order to them and we were left at 10pm on a Sunday without dinner and that was not how I planned the day to end. Moral of the story, read the reviews and do not buy food from a 2 star Chinese with rude staff and appalling service. I hope they're taken off of hungryhouse very quickly because the are a discredit to the rest of these services.

Ordered to collect they got the order wrong and the woman was rude and swearing obviously the order wasn't ours as most of it was wrong. Wouldn't recommend service is rubbish arrogant rude staff. Can't comment on the food as we asked for a refund which we got with a "thank fxxk for that" off the woman serving. Terrible service they don't even deserve one star.

This food was disgusting, curry tasted like dirt the only thing half decent was the chips,don't order your food from here you will probably regret it

Absolutely awful only one item of our whole order was correct we ordered dry salt and pepper chicken and kung pao chicken and received chicken with ginger and spring onion and chicken with cashnew nuts which are nothing like what we ordered! Also it took an hour and a half to arrive double what we were told and some items of our order were missing yet we were still charged. Will not be going there again and would not recommend.
