Amazing location, very expensive for what you got, bit dated but ok rooms, very limited continental breakfast, so many things not included, like parking!

Great hotel with very friendly staff located 5-10 minutes walk from the Abbey and the Roman Baths. We upgraded to a room with a garden for only £30 thanks to a cancellation. The room was clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable too. The garden was large and had a stunning flowering tree in the back. Continental breakfast is included (cereal, toast, juice, hot drinks etc.) and they have a wide range of cooked breakfasts too. The poached eggs at the Windsor are particularly good. An excellent hotel, which I would definitely recommend and go to again .

Very upscale bed and breakfast with 5 AA stars. In terms of comfort and quality of rooms, it is up there with the very best full service hotels - but without the facilities and services. The cooked breakfast was a joy, but is not included in the basic room rate. The free cold buffet breakfast is rather poor. The breakfast (room) is not a casual affair. I felt out of place in jeans. This place is rather posh...

Authentic English guest house. Walking distance from all of Bath! Great continental breakfast and food view of the Bath rugby pitch. Only downside was that we though a hot English breakfast was included, but the confine take was great with homemade jams, milkshakes, croissants, etc. Also, parking is 12/night or 6/half day and you have to find it on the streets around the hotel.

Friendly staff, really accommodating us with a 5 month old baby. Just a 60 second walk to the main town. Rooms clean and a good size
