I have tried to call this morning for an appointment. Phone lines are open from 8 however it's now 9.20 and it's 'still closed'.

I have always had a good experience with doctors and nurses. The reception staff are pleasant and I've never had to wait too long for any appointment.

Doctors were pleasant and surgery was lovely.
My main complaint would be that when I registered the advertised opening times were 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri, however, when I tried to book an appointment at 8.30am or after 5pm I was told that the doctors didn't do those appointments so that they could catch up on their earlier appointments and finish on time so I may be better registering for another surgery if I wanted an "out-of hours" appointment.
Very disappointing and not convenient if you happen to work Mon-Fri.
