I upgraded my prescription after 5 years, and the last thing I wanted was a horrible optician. I'm glad I picked these guys. The optometrist was friendly, and most importantly knew how to do her job right.
The sales associate helped me pick a frame to go with the shape of my face, a very knowledgable, helpful and patient gentleman. (Although, not everyone is helpful. I was lucky to meet the good staff.)
Because I had used the same prescription for so long, I had difficulty adjusting to the new one. They happily gave me a new appointment to check the lens again. This is when I met the grumpy sales staff, I wanted to change the frame because I didn't adjust as well as I had hoped. She cared to do nothing, did not assist me or even offered to help after I told her I need to change. I was left to my own devices, luckily I had better knowledge of frame picking from the last time so I managed.
If you meet the right staff, they're a very good store - otherwise, raise the issue and they will deliver.
