Really basic bar trying to keep up with the jones's. But realistically this place has gone through the mill and can't shake it's reputation. Nice staff and good prices. But it is what it is. Dark and always quiet

Discovered many years ago The Office never fails to disappoint. The pints are crisp and cold, the food is plentiful and well priced and the décor is warm and welcoming! Whether my visits are solo or with a group there is always someone to talk to and live sport to watch. Group bookings come with a free buffet which always goes down a treat. Would highly recommend you visit here whether it be for an after work drink or as a stop on your weekly night out.

The staff are so friendly and the food is reasonably priced. I've been in here a number of times, most recently I ordered food and had a lovely piece of salmon served with fresh veg and mashed potatoes which I couldn't fault, it was really yummy. They've recently redecorated and have done an excellent job, has really brightened up the venue. I'm not a fan of sports but they do show a good variety (not just football!) and will usually put on anything you want to see if you ask. The free wi-fi allows me to work away from my office and drink lattes all day!
They occasionally have karaoke nights which are really good fun and you can book areas for functions (free buffet!) as well. All in all, I would recommend The Office for food, drink, sports, functions and merriment!

Food is good and reasonably priced and you get a decent plateful unlike some places which insist that haute cuisine equates with quarter the amount of food for three times the price. Have been here for functions and an excellent spread is provided. This place is definately worth a first visit and hopefully you could end up making it your local.

Cosy, friendly and reasonably priced.. What more could you want!? Eaten here numerous times and the food is excellent. Staff are friendly and even if you go in on your own, they make you feel more than welcome and entertaining. Enjoyed a couple of functions here too and the spaces they provide are excellent, even putting up decorations for us! This place is a must!
