Hello!
Today I had issue in one of your MC Donalds branch, located in Khorfakkan: we went by 6:45 to have iftar there and ordered food as usual, but ms. Gleneth told to me: " You can take and go, because now is not allowed to eat here, because of Ramadan" but I told to her, that me and my friends also fasting and we would like to have order and sit and have iftar here, But she was very rude and told to me that it's not allowed now, u repeat to her again, that we are fasting and we will not start to eat until iftar time will come, And she realy doesn't want to listen me what I tried to say to her that we can take order and sit and start to eat when iftar will start because we also fasting, she realy disappointed me, And I ask her to call the manager and she called to me Mr. Dorje, but he told me the same that it's not allowed to sit and eat before iftar, as he listen all our conversation before but I repeat it again that we are fasting and we will not start to eat, he was very rude and doesn't want to listen that we are fasting, and I told to him once and once and once again we are fasting and we came here special for open Iftar here, and he just told me ok have a sit, but I just sit and calm down and my mood, all my mood what I have today it's get down, almost crying and nervous we decided that we will take our money back and we will go out from there to take a food somewhere outside, because of its not respectful from that side and even no any sorry for this, we just take money back I took those names and left, But we left by 7 almost, and my iftar was opened late today, so it's one big disappoint from them and in all MC Donalds now for me and my friends, by the way we usually going there and eating there and this lady always taking an order like she paying to us, without smile and very rude, I will gonna write review everywhere when I can about story today.
