Website is down, the sales person i initially contacted is not answering to calls or emails. Suppose to collect the car today, not sure whats going to happen!!!
They are not willing to take early bookings, asked for pictures of the car so that we could decide, but no reply to emails.

Tricksing their clients. not refunding deposits. cars are dirty, old and worn out. Very bad service, unfriendly and complicated.
