Great location, but horrible service. The desks didn't have desk chairs, which I guess didn't matter for accomplishing work since the WiFi was so shoddy I couldn't stay connected long enough to do anything before being kicked off or dropped. Oh yeah, and the bathroom is a glass cage.

Big space room ! Not all have views. But very clean and modern with style.
Excellent spa. The swimming pool is good but not private to hotel and so
So. Very people at the reception speaking good English! Witch is not always the case in Ukrainia.

Fantastic Hotel
with exelence staff and high service
should have been 4 + stars hotel
very good rooms high class bed,s
wonderfull breakfast
exclusiv spa and training facilities,probadly the best in Lviv
all are english speaking

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and free Spa facilities. I would have rated it 5 star we didn't have contaminated red water flowing from the tabs on the second day of our stay. Quality of the food at the restaurant is high with reasonable prices. Walking distance to town centre.
