Rent a Car Uganda is an exemplary customer service experience.
Eddy was thoroughly helpful - met my last minute request, the car arrived on time. Accommodated my request to prolong the rental without any hassle and the car was awesome! The RAV4 was clean, well maintained and absolutely reliable. Pick up and handing over the card was convenient above expectations.
Thanks a bunch, Rent a Car Uganda and Eddy.
I know who I will turn to next time.

It was a stress free experience. the team promised good service and its exactly what I received.
The driver was on time and acted professional.
I enjoyed the services and I do recommend anyone looking forward for the best fleet services to contact Travel 256.

If I could give Travel 256 zero stars, I would. After receiving my 30% deposit for a two-day trip to Murchison Falls, Bryan and his boss, Eddie, did virtually nothing to ensure I would receive the promised services (which is, presumably, why one pays for a tour service in the first place). They did not secure a driver until the night before, resulting in their arriving to pick me up nearly four hours late the first day of the tour. This deprived me of an entire afternoon in the park, one-third of the promised time. On arrival at the park, I discovered they had failed to reserve the Nile River boat tour, which by then was sold out. Overall, Travel 256 was dishonest and unethical. They added nothing but stress to my vacation. I highly recommend that you book with someone else.

The customer service provided by Bryan and Susan was excellent. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone travelling to Uganda. Outstanding service at an affordable price....probably the best you will get in Uganda!

I have rented Rav4 several times from 'Rent a car Uganda' for self-drive. The communication with the company by email and phone works very good, and the car is always delivered and picked up on the agreed point on time. The cars are quite old, but I have never experienced technical problems, so for just $45 a day, this is good value for money! I recommend ‘Rent a car Uganda’ - and will certainly use them again.
