It's friendly, Good family islamic environment, mosque 5 min walk and you an hear adhan from your room and good swimming areas for kids and segregated

More or else did what it said on the tin. Good for practicing Muslim families. Mostly used by Turkish nationals. Was a shame Turkish culture of smoking was prevalent as everywhere it was permitted. (Male and Female) Also the loud Turkish music played out in the main pool areas during the day seemed to go against the halal feel of the place. Sometimes foreign nationals may feel a bit isolated and the staff have limited or no ability to speak English. Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Having said that this resort is ideal for Muslims who want to stay in an alcohol free environment. Everyone dressed modestly and decently. The separate swimming pool for ladies is a definite plus point. Also the hotel has its own beach where everyone dressed appropriately. I would recommend it.

I cannot say that I appreciate with Tugra but I keep going to this hotel. Because there are not much choices in alternative holiday options. If the facility improves it's service quality ( not the facilitation) I would increase my review rate.
