Suanda oteldeyim anlatmaya nerden baslasam bi kere kesinlikle yabancilara calisan turkleri insan yerine koymayan bi otel plaji kotu kumsali yok mavi bayrak yalan cocuk dostu otel deniyor cocuklara yonelik etkinligi hic yok yemekleri guzel degil temizlik eh iste. Havlumu uc gunde degistirdiler. Ve en son olarak beni cildirtan insana verilen deger sifir bebegim havuz kenarinda dustu alni yarildi otelde doktor yok onu birakin ilk yardim cantasi bile yok sadece 112 yi aradilar sonrasi ise hic orali olmadilar genel mudur bizi kanlar icinde gordu ama gulerek gitti sormadi bile vee aklinizda olsun ambulans ancak 20dakikada gelebildi cunku o kadar uzaklikta hastane yani bizimki sadece yarildi iki dikis atildi ama daha kotusude olabilirdi biri allah korusun kalp krizi gecirse olebilirdi. Yani boyle tercih edip etmemek size kalmis.

Otel genel olarak güzel yemekler vs. orta kalite içecekler kaliteli ama bayramın birinci günü burdayım çok güzel anfi tiyatro alanı etkinlik alanı olmasına karşı animasyon ekibi çooook başarısız bayram için ruslara karaoke yaptırmayı uygun görmüşler hiç bir aktivite yapmamışlar muhtemelen rusları Alanya diskolarına götürüp prim alma peşindeler oteli düşünmemişler böyle güzel otele acilen başarılı bir animasyon ekibi lazım aksi halde vasat bir yer.

Edit 3: I gave up hope to find a manager or the owner but after dinner which had a huge line for food, I was getting a cup of tea and as it turns out the owner was sitting right next to me. We talked for a while and during our conversation he made a phone call to fire the employee that just lacked any sort of respect for a man three times his age(my dad). He offered to move us to a newer building with two bedroom and a living room which was nice of him and he is the reason why I am increasing my stars to three. Unfortunately, we did not see a point in moving only when two days left of our stay especially after putting all our clothes to closet. He also explained the reason why we were given rooms like this; they had no intention to open the building we were in to visitors but they had to in order to meet all the demand. WiFi is still an issue but they have free Wi-Fi only accessible at the lobby.
Edit 2: there is no Wi-Fi in buildings everything is built in 1983 there is no place by bedside to charge our devices, still trying to get into contact with a manager.
Edit: the water got cut off for 3 hours in the middle of the day, no shower, no flush for three hours. This is just getting worse and worse.
Currently still in the hotel in one of the twin bedroom rooms. This place is in no way 5 star hotel! Tourists be aware this is not the place what it is advertised to be! Get into contact with your agent and request a different hotel.
On our first night we arrived later than midnight and their policy is not to make check-in after midnight so first they treat us like they are doing us a favor by letting us in the hotel. Extremely poor welcoming and the person who brought us to our room, Emre he used insulting words towards my father and was almost met by his fist if I had not stopped him. The reason of the argument was they got us a room with a malfunctioning bathroom and simply did not do anything to replace it at night and their alternative was another room with an even more broken bathroom.
The staff is super new because it has been lately changed the way they operate and I am assuming they just hired all new people without proper training which explains the staff's poor and their "it's not my job" attitude.
I have been trying to get a hold of of a manager but when I went to lobby there were other angry customers who made a huge scene and still no manager shown up to calm the situation. I feel like this is a place that just runs itself without supervision, and makes me sad because there is just so many potential.
Avoid this place if possible and I hope your views on Turkey, this beautiful country, does not get tainted with places like here.
