O definetly recommend this place , stuff is very friendly and helpful. The place is at the center of alsancak so you can go anywhere you want easly with buses.

We stayed at In House Hostel Izmir for 4 nights in mid July. The staff here is fantastic. The owner is around every now and then (he's hilarious and a very happy guy) and the entire staff is very knowledgeable.
Times for tourism are tough in Turkey, but the team here doesn't let it affect them. They always had great advice on where to eat, where to get the best desert (Bomba... Just ask them about it), and often let us join in on a family-style lunch!
As with any hostel, they helped us organize our travel to major desitinations like Pamukkale. Also, the internet was fast, which was important for us as we're traveling consultants. Would definitely recommend this place!

I can't forget to give this place the props it deserves. I went during the off season, during may. The place was super chill and mostly utilized by locals. It's near a lot of great bars and restaurants. + The owner, he'll totally rockout with you- take him up on his offer he invites you out
