Arrived on time, but no driver. Waited for some 20 minutes, tried to call (no answer), and then decided to use use some other company (for 25 Euros more). Never got any call back to explain. Not sure if the driver was delayed due to heavy traffic, or that they just found the ride from Ataturk airport to Asian side too far.

I recently booked Istanbul Airport Transfer online prior to going on holiday on the recommend of a friend. The website was easy to use and confirmation of the reservations was received immediately. Our flight was delayed on the tarmac on the outbound journey but Istanbul Airport Express staff were there waiting for us when we arrived holding a board on which was our name. We thought we might be squashed into a car with the 4 of us and luggage as well but no, we had a bus to ourselves! The driver was exceptionally polite and informative on our journey to our hotel. We had booked for a return journey as well and the driver turned up about 10 minutes ahead of time, so no stress there.
