The most horrible hotel ever , had been waiting for almost 4 hour to get room

The Reciption staff not friendly at all with bad reactions with smiley moth

Lack of service ,, most of the people waiting out side for room

Not recommended at alllllllllllll ,, dont ever think to come here ..صددددجً ووووووووووووووووويع

Reasonably nice hotel,my room was clean, nice breakfast , internet worked well and a very handy shuttle to Taksim😊

Looks good from the outside bad service in the inside. Hygene in this place is terrible. Bed covers and sheets always dirty. Very hard to communicate with the cleaning staff as they do not speak english. Even if you tell them to change sheets and covers they ignore and just reuse the existing ones. Toilet has human waste splatter on the seat and they dont bother to clean it. Complained to reception they weren't even bothered.
