Old school gym not far from Taksim. Not a lot of variety of equipment, floors are slippery, and the bathrooms are kinda nasty

I didnt like it
Small gym with just the basic machines , low weight dumbbells and angry worker
But its good to train for one or two days while traveling u can deal with whats available

Pretty good gym. Has everything you need to do a solid workout. 30tl for a day pass. Only problem is they open at 10am which is fairly late for travellers

Very old school gym in terms of equipment, stereo, atmosphere, it's a ton of fun. Be sure to bring your own bottle of water and face towel. Single use charge is 30 Lira, which is quite a bargain. Don't expect high end health club amenities, but if you want to lift some iron with Istanbulars, there's no better place l.
