A very nice hotel at a beautiful location. The restaurants have a good selection of food. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very sumptuous. It's placed by the seaside and has access to the beach, which is not private. Staff is polite and helpful. The spa services are very good. Rooms are clean, spacious and luxurious. Special mention to the travel desk who was very helpful to us.

We felt that the dining room staff were excellent. Really friendly and remembered who you were and how many in your party. Well done!!!
The pool was awesome and the surroundings. Loved the position of the apartments on the beach with the lights glowing on the sand at night
Our only complaint would be the mould around the place and on the roofs of the villas. We had to hold our nose every time we used the elevator as the smell was an awfully strong mould smell. Many guests complained about it. I even took some nice lemongrass spray to see if I could improve it. It was only temporary solution. We were holidaying with our daughter and our two grandchildren. The 4 year old boy has Cystic Fybrosis which made us really on edge with the mould smells and possible mould spores that can badly affect his lungs.
Other than that I would highly recommend the property!!!👍👍👍👍

We swam in the sea and pool every day and savored the sun and sumptuous food. the setting was beautiful and the gardens very pretty and well maintained. A great place to unwind and the close proximity to interesting and scenic places makes it very special. Also a great place to get Taylor made clothing nearby. the cooking class was a highlight.

The stay was great!
All the staff are fantastic and always carry a smile for all guests (even those who don't deserve it).
The location is also great, right on the beach so you can sleep to the sound of waves at night. You can easily walk into the town via the beach as well.
If you want to relax and get away from the busy life this is definitely a good place to stay.
Only complaint is that some guests do not really follow smoking or noise level rules and the staff being so nice are not taken seriously by a certain race of people who think they own most of Asia and can behave and do anything they like in another country. (You probably know what type of people I'm talking about...)
But don't let it put you off!

I'm Always had a positive experience, clean and well really nice rooftop terrace with sunset view over the sea. The hotel is centrally located in Kamala Beach. Be cautious of the breakfast ... it is well supplied with a variety of choices, however it happens frequently that you may need to wait 5-10 min before able to get seated if you coming during peak tourist hour from 07.45 till 08.30. Check out can be a bit fast as well.
Staff always friendly and professional to help out. Overall great hotel with excellent value for money.
