Basic but very comfortable. Near airport and ferry. Lovely staff and owners run the extra mile to be helpful.

Rooms are "well-worn", but its clean, a/c and tv are in good condition, fridge, good wifi, balcony, beach right over the street and 600thb per night is a really good price in high season.

I stayed here for just over a month. I'd heard some rumors that they would overcharge for power. I did NOT have this issue, but I did ask to see the meter reading weekly. The room I was in wasn't nice, but it was a good value and it was right across from the beach. I would have given it four stars if not for an issue when I left. I had agreed on a price for the extra two days over the month I was staying with one worker, but when I checked out the price was completely different and more than double what I had been paying. This was to come out of the deposit, so I had no way of not paying the ridiculous difference. It was an unfortunate way to end my stay.
