Check in was delayed as my booking was not updated in the hotel's system as explained by the staff. The matter was eventually resolved and the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade as gesture of goodwill.
The overall stay at the hotel is excellent as usual and the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
Hotel location is superb...situated within Siam Square and right next to the BTS station.

It was a warm welcome and a comfortable stay at Novotel Siam Square.
The complimentary room upgrade to the top floor with city views was the best welcome and we enjoyed our welcome drinks at the cozy bar at midnight. We appreciated the fruits left behind after your colleagues made our room and we had some really good room service, especially because we were hungry at 1 am and nowhere else near was open nor did any delivery service reached us. Breakfast in bed was also a beautiful way to end our stay and made us want to extend our stay there! The chocolates at the lobby bar was also delicious! Will be coming back to try the waffles!!
Experiencing the gym and the pool, it was decent enough for us to get in a short workout daily before breakfast. Though the gym was not as fully equipped, it was good enough to get in a quick session.
Overall the experience was pleasant and we would not mind returning to Novotel.

Nice rooms, great pool and functional gym. Reception and concierge very helpful. Buffet breakfast is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms and throughout the hotel cannot be faulted. All staff are friendly. Very close to the metro station that takes you to and from the airport.

Location is great, near the BTS and several shopping centres. Rooms are dated but functional. The towels were not very clean which was a little disturbing. The room service lady always had a pleasant smile and greeting. Facilities are decent and some of the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic but some are not so good and the front desk was not as efficient as I'd hoped. The live music on most nights was a pleasant. The dumpling buffet on level two was good too. The massage is good and decent value given the convenience and a promotion at certain times.

For the breakfast:
1. Egg station services are excellent as well as the staff that cutting fresh fruits. But the noodle station service is very poor. You have very unhappy staff : (.
2. Fresh juices seems always empty and limited choices.
3. Room is clean and comfortable.
