This place has been listed as being on 2nd Floor of Siam Discovery and as being permanently closed. It is neither. It's definitely open but it's on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon. At 750 baht - around $25 - it's definitely the most expensive place I've eaten in Bangkok. But I thought it was really worth it, especially coming from a place that has really good sushi. The fish was fresh, the selection good, sashimi excellent.
There are a lot of other things as well, you can make meat selections for grilling on Teppan grill, salads, gyoza, tempura, drinks, Haagen Daz ice cream.
Good time to come is around 4:30 before the dinner rush and the long lines.

I'm not a big fan of the all-you-can-eat restaurants, but Oishi Grand is worth the visit. They offer a wide variety of sushis, and a very tight Japanese centered cuisine. Place gets packed, and there is a waiting line with numbers in the front. It is not cheap, but totally worthy! Just don't eat for a day before deciding to go.

Sadly not Grand anymore. The sashimi was still defrosting and the food isnt as deluxe and extensive as the discovery center location. Save your money and go to a proper jap restaurant and get proper menu items.
Food was warm not hot and service was rushed and poor.
Ice cream was nice and thats about it. One star overall and saved by a commercially scooped ice cream.
