Service is atrocious here. Even though the food is pretty good and the venue has the potential to a great place for large group gatherings. Out side are is also a mosquito haven. If you are going to get food here I suggest take away!

Cold food - chicken dry and tough also cold and burnt
Corn bread dry
Beans cold
Ribs burnt
Chicken wings starter very bad taste - vinegar
Kitchen looked very dirty
Overall poor quality and rude and ahgrrsive staff (female manager)

Great food! I mean really great food! It's a little out of the way and the service we had on our one visit wasn't great but would eat there again.

Do not waste your time or money here. I have two experiences of this place to offer, one as dire as the other:
1) My girlfriend and I tried out this 'restaurant' when we moved in around the corner a couple years back (circa July 2014). It was dreadful: Luke warm frozen food, bland, overpriced. The establishment itself is big, but it seems enormous with the distinct lack of customers. The food actually reminded me of the worst quality, bargain bucket frozen food I ate as a poor student. It was so bad that we nicknamed the food "dust on dust with dust" to describe the range of flavours on offer.
2) More recently (Nov 2016), and against my advice, a friend wanted to go here as he had noticed they offered a "new" Southern Skillet on their menu. Two years after my first experience, later nothing has changed: tired decor, empty restaurant, awful food. Not only had they discontinue the Skillet (bizarre given it was supposedly part of the "new" menu), but the chilli con carne my friend order as replacement was overcooked yet luke warm, clearly from an instant mix, had a grand total of 3 kidney beans in it, and had they they hadn't even bothered to mince the chunks of chewy beef. My dog eats better food than this, it was truly disgusting. To top it all off they then said they had no rice!! Keep in mind this is in Thailand, a country that produces 11m tonnes of the stuff a year, and the second largest exporter of rice in the world. I could walk across the road to a street food vendor and if they had nothing else, they would have rice. Just ridiculous. I had some sort of revolting fried chicken option but took two bites and was done.
If this place is not a laundering front and is genuinely operating as a legitimate business, I find it extraordinary that a place with such low standards and atrocious food can remain open. NEVER AGAIN!
