The quality of the room is poor. Need major upgrades. The people are not bad, pretty friendly and helpful. But I was unhappy with the room as the paint was chipped every where. The view from the room was poor. We asked for a room for three, got anther bed added. The bed was a folded kind, very poor quality. The price was pretty expensive for what we got. Send a complaint message but didn't get a response. I would recommend its sister hotel called true siam rangnam hotel. The quality is 10x better. So don't stay at this one.

Modern Hotels with antique face-front. Like a fake ancient Thai building. Clean and comfortable rooms with basic furniture. They have roomservice and minibar. Odd area, but close to metro for the airport.

Love the hotel, it's clean and tidy.
Been staying there twice in 2013 & 2014.
Located between 2 BTS Station with alot of street food nearby.
Clean room with tiles and clean bathroom.
Great stay and will continue to stay there whenever i visit Bangkok again.
