The bed was comfy. But certain amenities were lacking like tooth paste, bottled drinking water, better soap than the local cheap "Eva" bar soaps, etc. Important safety gadgets like a safe are not available in the room. The air condition remote was not working, and the smell in the room was not 100% fresh.

Room was all right, and the hotell is close to the Kilimajaro ferry terminal. But the smell in the room (I am guessing fungus in the room or in the air condition) made it not such a great stay for us. You should also be careful walking around in the neighbourhood around the hotel after dark, take Uber or a Taxi, even if it is just 10-20 min of walking.

Small room and no road access to the front of the hotel other than driving up a bus lane, also no parking. Included breakfast is pretty much potatoes and baked beans with can coffee - could do with much improvement. There is wifi but it doesn't actually work. Was able to bring my dog, which is why I choose to use them (and as advertised on their website) but not actually dog friendly and the staff was not aware of the policy. Reception and door staff were very friendly and did put a positive touch to the situation.
