The staff are really helpful and let you try samples to make your choice. They also explained the difference between different teas to me and were able to make recommendations for gifts I was buying.

Not as nice as I had been expecting based on reviews and word-of-mouth. Okay tea selections and teaware, but it was hard to find and very messy; there were boxes everywhere!

Not very into tea, but this place definitely is a must-go. Great variety and you can try a couple of different grade and types of teas.

My favorite place in Taipei to buy high mountain Oolong tea. They have a very knowledgeable staff and several varieties, each at a range of price points. They also have top-of-the-line ceramic bubble teapots. English-friendly, as well.
