Horrible terms of contract!! Reminds me of North American style fitness center entrapment where they say it's easy to quit but do everything they can to milk your monthly payment. What happen to Aparigraha?? Which is the concept of non-possessiveness, non-grasping or non-greediness. These contracts are exact opposite!
