Worst renting experience ever! Foreigners (even with resident card and local driving license) needs to pay by special credit cards and after they record (on a paper) the credit card number including the 3 digits at the back!!!!!! Worst of all, they even showed me other people paper. I could have taken a picture of other people cards and buy anything I want on the Internet. Avoid avoid avoid!
