Food and beverage were excellent, but service wise it was bad with an attitude, "not at all Mövenpick standards"

Always a nice place to eat. Generous salad Buffet with a really lovely selection. Prices are not exactly cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Bathrooms have never been what I would deem clean, especially for this price class of restaurant.

Great food. They had a less pricey pizza-type option inside, and we tried a tasty blueberry soda. The reception from the staff was mixed.

Went there last week for lunch. Food is fine. But service is bad. We walked in and asked a waiter (short guy with specs) for table for 3 but he just looked at us and walked away. Same goes to another waitress. I was not sure what's wrong.
Luckily, there's only one Arabic guy who's always smiling & happy and he's happy to give us menu and take our order while every other staffs just seems to hate their job (or hate us, i'm not sure).
