Un entrenamiento personalizado y muy cañero por parte de David y un seguimiento y asesoramiento para una dieta sana y clases de stretching por parte de Vicky, y además de todo esto, mucha diversión!

We go twice a week to the gym my wife and I for one hour super intense private workout. It has whipped us back into shape. Vicky and david are great instructors and they definitely help in changing one's lifestyle
