At the desk the additional cost almost doubled the renting price. Received a car with damages not mentioned in the rental agreement. Did not know about benefits of flying blue membership. Wait a long time. No service at car return.

They charged me three times more than the original amount for giving back the car 3.5 hours too late. Unbelievable!
This is so not true! I want my money back.
Never ever going back to this car rental office again. Also the wheel pressure wasnt correct so we had to refill it.

Todo el trato genial.
Cojo el coche prácticamente 3 veces al mes en este establecimiento en Málaga y sin ningún problema
Y lo bueno que abre hasta tarde por lo que es perfecta conexión con la llegada del Ave

La experiencia con está oficina fué realmente mala. El día 18 de Noviembre alquile un coche en la oficina de Pontevedra para entregar el día 19 en Málaga. El coche lo entregué antes de cumplirse las 24 horas del contrato y evidentemente con el depósito lleno para evitar cargos adicionales. Para mi sorpresa revisando las cuentas estos días veo que me cobraron el doble.
