Horribly rude employees. I walked in with a tube of empty YR lip gloss and the lady barely said hello before ignoring me. After a few minutes, I approached the counter and asked if she had the lip gloss I came in with. Her response was 'this isn't our brand' (it was). She looked at the display where I had looked and simply said 'We don't have it' before abruptly walking away to unpack a box. No offer to look anything up in their system, no offer to find a comparable product, nothing. Guess I'm going to look for a new lipstick brand...
