5 star hotel and priced accordingly, but the bath needed re-grouting and didn't drain properly.

The hotel is ok. However, there is a very bad noise isolation. You hear the DJ from the roof top all day and all night. Had to change the room, but still we did not spend calm nights. It is a shame for a 5* hotel. Do not really recommend.

Perfect location. Right in the middle of everything. Easy to walk to all tourist sites. Very modern and stylish. Very good breakfast.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Great times here. Pet friendly! I've been upgraded to humongous rooms twice now, and they're lovely. Paid €180 and had a two level suite with an amazing view. Staff is friendly, very well located, 3 minutes from the Westin and MUCH better value. My default choice for staying in central Madrid.
