I stayed in this hotel with my cousin, my room number was 101 and as soon as I got in the first time, there was an unremoved underware by the corner that belonged to the previous occupiers.
The toilets were so smelly perhaps from the pipes during my whole stay duration.
We asked for a wine opener and they said ok but it had to be returned quickly. (They seem to have only one for the bar for the whole hotel)
Like some other hotels, neighbor’s door slamming is loud and noisy.
The location is the only thing that made choose Vincci Centrum.
Overall it was a bad experience and I do not recommend this hotel

Good room, needed a little maintenance, but the location and price was spot on. Great Terrace attached to the room, and the shower was nice and large compared to everyday flats in the area.

Very clean , comfortable. Convenient for tourists. Staffs are friendly. I will recommend it to friends.

Great place to stay! Room smelled a little like smoke although a non-smoking room. Bathroom is modern. Bed was a good size for Spain (double). Perfect area of the city on a quiet street off of the main roads. Walked to El Prado and local restaurants.

Location great for tourists, rooms average, service poor.
This hotel is a stone's throw away from some of Madrid's main tourist attractions - Prado museum to your right, Puerto del Sol to your left (well...within 5 minutes walk). For a fast 2/3 day city break, you can't really ask for much more.
For the essentials - great shower, a reasonably comfortable bed, a very clean and modern decor - Vincci Centrum doesn't disappoint.
Here comes the "but"...
If you're planning on spending any time other than sleeping and showering in the Vincci Centrum....look elsewhere. The service and atmosphere just doesn't impress. The lighting in the rooms is especially dark and so, despite modern design and furnishings, it actually feels quite dingy after not so long.
