Excellent city hotel right on Puerta del Sol, probably one of the most popular squares of Madrid. Plush rooms with all the mod cons. The Balcony rooms are great value because it has unmatched views of the square.

If you want to be in the heart of "old" Madrid then this is the place to stay. It's right on the Puerta del Sol and a couple of minutes from La Plaza Mayor. The rooms are a nice size for this part of the world and the cafe downstairs is above average. Overall i really enjoyed my time here & couldn't have asked for a better base camp from which to explore Madrid.

Right at the epicenter of Madrid with access to everything! Restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing just outside the front door. And best of all, it won't bust your travel budget.

Didn't care for this hotel. It is in the heart of the tourists scene so it's noisy, dirty, and smelly as soon as you step out. The rooms where decent enough. I don't recommend staying here.
