Good bar with sports events right in the middle of Velazquez, however currently it will take a year before the hotel is fully furnished and upgraded to A FIVE STAR HOTEL

Good place to stay but the toilet rolls are ver cheap quality. Hope they change them.

Very disrespectful reception staff / almost all, and all you see on online sites is contrary to reality and a waste of money and breakfast is not eatable.
I booked triple room with living area, they force me to book another room.
