Terrible meal with very rude staff.
Paella was almost inedible- all dried out. Staff was very rude.
So glad I just had a meal here and didn’t actually stay in the hotel.

The reason for this low rating is due to the wrongful information given to us by the lady at the reception. Basically we booked this hotel as we really wanted to go to Alhambra and thought that a 4 star hotel right next to it would be very helpful at trying to get us tickets to it. However, once we checked in and asked about the Alhambra tickets the lady said it would be almost impossible to get them, and the only thing we could do was to go to the ticket office the day we wanted to visit at 5 or 6am to start queuing and even so it wouldnt be guaranteed that we would manage to get tickets. She then tried to sell us this guide service for over 50€ per person so we could get in Alhambra and also have a visit to the city centre for about 4 hours in total.
We were very disappointed and already getting mentally prepared to wake up at 5am.
Luckily, after settling in at the hotel, we walked out to go visit the city center. On the way we passed by the reception of Alhambra and as we were there we went to ask a lady that worked there about the tickets. She said the only way to get them was to go on this website at midnight and try to buy them as quickly as possible. If we didnt manage, there was no point on going there the next day at 5 am as all last minute tickets would be released at the website. For your information the website is: tickets.alhambra-patronato.es
Apart from this wrong information that could've ruined our trip to granada as the purpose was only to visit Alhambra, the hotel was fine. Its all been refurbished, the beds are very comfortable. The hotel snackbar is simple but nice. Don't order room service though.

We came here for lunch after visiting nearby Alhambra. Restaurant is clean, staff are friendly and food is reasonably good.

A really nice hotel, staff are nice. Great area to be and breakfast is good. Only negative they didn't have a travel cot for us so the first night we didn't get much sleep due to little one. The next night they sorted this. I would advise to bring your own.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had 2 rooms placed next to each other, each was more than suitable for our needs. Location is perfect, only a short walk from the city centre (although the journey back is uphill) but bus and taxi services are easily available.
