This company is a complete disaster. We had to wait 2 hours on the airport of Mallorca before we got the car. Staff was unfriendly and told us it was "no fun" if we did not take an extra insurance which costed allmost as much as the rent of the car. We paid € 60,00 guarantee in case we returned the car with an empty fuel tank. However we reurned the car with a full tank of petrol but never got the guarantee back. Except an auto reply they dit not answer our e-mails.

Do yourself a favour and avoid. If I could give zero stars I would. Line for pick up at at Palma airport in Mallorca was hours long. Gave up and went with a reputable company.

Purchased in Malaga Airport. Low cost company, however everything that shines isnt gold. After handing my car, I had some extra charges done to my card on the following weeks, for a scratch that I had done eventhough I had purchased full insurance and filled out all the required paperwork. WATCH OUT!

I rented a car with full coverage and the peronnel gave me the instruction that I when returning the car should just park it at a Record Go car park, take my stuff and leave and
I did as I was told.
A couple of days later when I got back home I checked my account and discovered that 65 Euros was withdrawn from my bank account. After a couple of e-mails and phone calls Record Go finally managed to explain that I should have left the car key at the office at return.
This sounds logical to me as well and I don’t questioning the rules Record Go has, the problem is that I was not made aware of them.
I understand that mistakes can be made and as long as the mistakes can be corrected it is fine. What Record Go does is just to look strictly at their rules they have and now Record Go claim that I have to pay for their mistake!
The Record Go agent doesn’t respond to e-mails so my which is to get in contact with a Record Go manager.
