Ive been going to this panarottis for over a year swiping my rewards card every single time, and today I gave my card to see how many rewards I accumulated and there were apparently none!

the service at first was fine , we were immidately seated but after we gave out order for only 2 milkshakes , the waiter never came around asking if everything was fine. The milkshakes were absolutely poorly made, there was little to none flavour in it, please do yourself a favour and go to chanal walk's panarottis, service is great even though you only order 2 milkshakes and they are fantastic there , franshises are suppose to be the same all around, where is the consistancy??
