Giving one star to this place is way too much. Poor service, 4 people at the table and only one person got food. So disappointed. Will never in my life visit Panarottis Menlyn again. Pathetic. That is what this place is. That place should be closing!

Service is HORRIBLE, as soon as you approach the door the waiters walk the opposite direction from you.
You want to order but then they take 30 minutes to attend to you.
My Partner and I just ended up walking out and no one bothered to approach us as to why we're leaving.
NEVER coming back there again.

'If I take too long just order with the manager' as per the waitress after I confronted her taking too long to come back to our table (ie 20-30 min each time). So the waiters dont stick to one floor and clearly think you are desperate enough for the indoor kids play area why would you possibly expect good service. 3 other tables around us also complained about the service. The ladies with the kids area are great. In future don't tip the service at all, I'm inspired to do this for om now on, and rather give the tip to the caretakers in the play area.

Last time it was: Marvellous spacious play area. On the service side More average less dynamic than I'm used to even without the lunch crowd...
This time left a bad taste in my mouth: poor service and lack of attention to basics. Was seated on a dirty table. Waitress upon request wiped it begrudgingly with a very smelly cloth and she literally disappeared. To top it all off; Food was just a sacrifice...If I was without the kids, I would have left.

Service wasn't too bad. They think they can charge Col'Cacchio prices, but aren't close to the standard with pre-made pizza bases - you've got a way to go. Ambience wasn't too bad. Kids play is a win though! The child-minders were very cool with our kids and looked after them nicely!
