Service levels range from excellent to extremely poor. During registration periods expect long queues and plan accordingly. University would be well advised to make student interaction more user friendly and professional.

Great University. Amazing infrastructures. Unmatched resources. Lecturers are helpful as much as they can. I love this school. I am impressed with service delivery so far in comparison with public University systems in other African countries. A few things that need to be worked on are the almost dormant medium of reaching the school e.g. phonecalls, short message services and emails which rarely get responded to. Overall here is a great African University.
