Just went to check out frames - staff looked annoyed and all the frames on display had filthy lenses. I sent them a mail about it, and they said they would look into the matter... let's see

I generally receive good service here. Would give a full five star rating if the waiting times was shorter and the queueing system made any sense.

Easily the worst service I've ever received at an optometrist. Four months later and they still haven't given me my trial contact lenses. I phoned them 4 times and went in again 6 weeks after the initial consultation. They had no record of me ordering them then.
Beyond useless.
Went to Spectacle Warehouse and had the opposite experience.
