I ordered a Sub at 2:50 and its now 4:50 still waiting for my sub i should have gone home at 4:00pm now I have been waiting an additional hour for my sub I can not believe this!!! this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life the compliance is shocking!

If there was a zero rating, I would definitely rate it zero. Took them more than 2hours to deliver my pizza, I tried calling to check on where the driver is but they said they will call back in 2mins, which they never did. When I called back 3 times they didn't pick up. When I called with a different number they did and apologised. I complained on their site, a week later and still no response.
