The waiting times can be unbearable especially since there's no place to sit while you wait for your order. Fortunately the food isn't a let down. The delivery times are horrible, expect to wait anywhere from an hour to two hours for deliveries

A bit difficult to place orders and collect when it is busy. Needs a queue system.

I called steers and they told me my order of 2 burgers and chips would be ready in 30min(very long time) i went after 30 minutes and my food was still not ready this was my lunch break from work that i took to come and collect the food the manager refused to make my food faster after having a valid reason this service is terrible especially for a big franchise like steers. very poor service
