Great spot in the heart of Parktown. Learnt that the building of the restaurant is a Heritage site which was very interesting. It feels like your are visiting someone’s home. Food is amazing and never disappoints. On busy times Parking is a problem and limited.

Good service, good food. Management is hands-on. Staff takes great care of clients and even better care of regulars. Every now and again they have new items on the menu to try and offers buffets. Able to make special arrangements for special occasions.

Still one of the best places in Johannesburg to end a busy day at. The service is great, waiters are friendly and efficient. The food does not disappoint.

So unimpressed that I went specially because of the special advertised all over Facebook as a lunch time special only to find out that the special only starts at 4pm. They eventually helped me but the whole thing wasn't worth the stress won't be visiting Mike's kitchen again

The restaurant is in great location in what looks like an old house. You can choose to sit outside in the garden or inside. The menu caters for most tastes, such as meat, chicken and fish. The food is well prepared and delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.
