Seriously! Tried phoning my order through for delivery and they are not able to answer the call. Asked me to phone back in a few minutes.really?second bad experience with Debonairs Kensington, went in to order a medium pizza in April and waited 40 minutes for it, no one else was in the store at the time.! Ah well.

Service here was not how it should be with a very rude manager and slow service. Would expect more from a franchise with a reputation such as this.
