The Glen Spec Savers is pathetic. I called 3 days ago to order contact lenses for my daughter who is going away on a school camp and needs it. The lady said that she would call me back which never happened. Upon calling again this morning and again being told that I will be contacted back, I was only contacted back this afternoon and told by a person called Humna that they cannot order it as she has to come in for a eye test as she needs to have it done every year. This is new to me as I was not informed and also the medical aids only pay for tests every 2nd year. She refused to order it and that has now left me in a predicament. I think it is just a huge money making scheme. The service is also very poor.
