The burger was satisfying however the service was miserable !! Not very sure of the cashier's name philiwe maybe ? she was rude to me and waiting for my order I observed that she was also rude to a few customers after me .. There was a misunderstanding in my order and I asked her to void it she said it's already done in a horrifying tone the lady sameera in a second voided my order and we restarted ... If I hadn't objected what would she have done ? Made me pay for things I don't want to eat ?
I would have rated the steers much higher if it wasn't for philwe or whatever her name is

Great place for halaal food on the go. Possibly the only SANHA approved steers this side of Durban. (Currently). Burgers are consistently good, hanfcut fries are simply scrumptious. Waiting time is around 7-10mins (if they are busy). Good food made real good!

I cannot convey strongly enough how consistently poor the service at this store is. Absolutely rude staff and otherwise terrible food. The experience was torturous, rendered by an obtuse cow that felt entitled to my patronage. Cows needn't die for the beef burgers you find here . The taste of the burgers could be improved by replacing their patties with tissue paper. Somebody needs to put a stop to this threat to the sanctity of our nation. The milkshakes texture pays homage to paint gone bad. Will rather eat cardboard than visit this joint again.
