I covered my father with Assupol through a broker, a foreign guy... and unfortunately my father past away last month and when I get there to check for my father's policy I find that the ID number and the name wasn't his and they even add the policy I didn't know about , it appears that I joined it last year and I didn't take that policy.... I don't get correspondence and statements for these policies... the foreign guys and assupol have let me down and I want nothing to do with them.
