After confirming a reservation by 10.30am I get a 'sorry we are now fully booked' msg at 1.15 for 3pm appointment. Which I saw only once I arrived. Obvious that someone took priority over my appointment within those few hours - highly unprofessional. You don't treat clients that way even if not regulars.
